We recently had hybrid floorboards done for our lounge/kitchen and the guys were so professional and efficient. We recently had shutters and hybrid floorboards done with Carpet Town. Ken was the first person we talked to in the store and he was very approachable and helpful. He worked with our needs but also advised us where needed (we were quite clueless about renovations!). He was accommodating with our time schedules. It was a good one-stop shop for us as we wanted hybrid flooring and carpet and shutters and they could provide all of that with very reasonable pricing. Ken also is managing with his team members (eg flooring, shutters etc) which made it easier for us as we could communicate via Ken alone. For the hybrid flooring I want to mention John and his partner who were superb at their job and very efficient and polite. I loved that they did skirting around the whole area which was unexpected but made a big difference to how the flooring looks. Their craftsmanship was excellent and the floorboards are seamlessly connected. We love it so much and will be asking them back for another section of the house. For the shutters, Rudy was our guy and he was super efficient at his job without compromising quality! There was a little bit of a measurement error in one of our windows but they were very good about it and immediately ordered the right shutters for us in less than two days and came on the weekend to amend it even though it isn't usually their work day. Aside from normal windows, he also installed shutters sliding doors for us which slides very smoothly. Loving the shutters. We are waiting on the carpet installation from them later this month so may review later. So far, everything is going according to plan. Ken has been very patient with all my questions. If you are considering hiring someone for renovations, I'd definitely recommend Carpet Town Prospect!

The folks at Carpet Town are great people to work with. Romal and the team were so helpful in advising us on the best product for our specific needs, and understanding our challenges with the logistics of moving a lot of furniture and household clutter in a large home. Splitting our installation into 3 stages over a few weeks (one downstairs and 2 upstairs) made the job of packing, storing and moving our house contents manageable, with the least disruption to our home life. The installers worked very professionally, advising us, and providing solutions as they proceeded where there were issues with floor levelling, and fixing squeaky floor boards.
