The easiest renovation ever made! We were so impressed from our 2023 reno with them (shutters, hybrid floors, carpets) that we hired them again in 2024. We recently had hybrid floorboards done for our lounge/kitchen and the guys were so professional and efficient. We were trying to juggle a few deliveries and installations and had a lot of little requests and they were happy to do all that for us. John led his team, and Ken managed the whole process from beginning to end to ensure that it didn't delay the rest of our renovation plans. Awesome team. Highly recommend. Possibly the best purchase and installation experience I have ever had. Romal was professional in all facets of my dealing with Carpet Town. He was aware I required a quick turn around on my flooring needs and came that day for a measure and quote and guided me through multiple flooring options with quality experienced advice. The old carpet was removed and new timber flooring laid within two days with a fantastic three man team lead by John. This amazed me as it was a very large area including stairs. I highly recommend Carpet Town to anyone wishing to purchase new flooring.

Ken and his family business, Carpet Town are the best in the flooring business! I have visited 3 other flooring companies in the Hornsby area and found Carpet town had the best quality flooring products and choices and definitely the cheapest on the first quote without negotiation! Ken at the Hornsby office is very welcoming, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. He took time to show me around the well organised displays in the showroom, explained and gave prices on each item and came over to my house for measurements on the earliest available day. John, the laminate installer is simply the best trades person I ever met! He is very polite, professional, positive and helpful. We discovered that we had the worst kind of uneven concrete underfloor after removing the existing old carpet, but Ken coordinated immediately and John and his assistant, Rou, managed to lay the plywood timber underfloor all in the same day! John seems young but he has extensive 17 years of experience in laminate flooring. He is very helpful when small issues arise. Ken's brother and his team laid carpet in 3 bedrooms and they were on time, very efficient and professional as well. The laminate floor and carpet looks amazing and feels fantastic! An excellent experience - starting with Romal who is great and helped us with the selection and gave a competitive quote. Helped with our many questions, knowledgeable and patient. The installation was very good, they pushed to get it done in one day which helped us a lot. The guys installing were not only nice but you could see they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work and that showed in the end result. So often in renovations I have unreliable and difficult people to deal with, this experience was the opposite and I only wish other contractors could be like this.
